Launchpad Startup is a 6-week accelerator program for early-stage startups focusing on market validation and business modelling. Through the program, we provide you with the necessary skills, competence, and tools to help you increase your chance of success in the market.
In 2022, this will be the 6th consecutive year we run the program, and it keeps getting better each time. We know there is no secret to entrepreneurial success, but we know what the common pitfalls are, and how to avoid them. This is among the many things we will teach you over the course of the program.

Through participation in the program, we will introduce you to methods and strategies to help you reach problem-solution-fit faster. Together, we will work with your go-to-market strategy, sales and communication, financing, investor readiness and much more.
In the program, we meet every week (in Oslo and Halden) for a joint five-hour gathering, and between the gatherings you will receive close follow-up by your own dedicated mentor. The program is intense, but that's needed for you to accelerate your business.
A couple of the topics we will go through are: how to analyze market opportunities, market segmentation, quantitative metrics, value propositions, competition strategies, business models, sales processes, etc ..
What kind of startups are we looking for?
We’re looking for early-stage tech startups in all industries, with a clear idea about what they want to introduce to the market. You don’t need a fully functioning product, but you should have a clear concept, preferably a prototype. You should also have some opinions on the type of technology the startup should use for the solution.
The strongest applicants have a solid technical team and some traction, i.e. in the form of pilot customers or recieved grants. They solve a significant problem in a fast-growing market they know well.
Each year 10-15 promising startups are enrolled in the program.
